Action Photographer Sergiorio has made the Island of Maui in Hawaii his residence from 1995 thru 2012. With a noticeable passion for the water and surfing since his early days, he was able to embrace Water Sports Photography naturally and expand his work to the the most fascinating photographic venue. The Ocean. Along with Surfing, came Kite boarding, Skim boarding, Body boarding, Body Surfing and and the rebirth of Stand up Paddling.

Although born and raised in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil, Sergio became a part of the surfing community on Maui for almost 18 years and as a participant surfer and photographer he developed the eye for action photography and the ever changing combination of waves and light.
